 Green Home Solutions of Mount Airy is seeking someone who has excellent communication skills, is able to seriously multi-task, and loves to solve customers’ indoor air quality problems. We are looking for an experienced salesperson who will be able to immediately jump in and learn our processes and begin helping our customers.  We’re a growing company in a growing industry, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic sales expert to join the team. You’ll get on-the-job training as well as paid training on a path toward national certifications. Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle
  • Engage with clients to understand needs
  • Evaluate mold investigations and determine possible mold risks
  • Create job quotes
  • Complete mold remediation according to company protocol
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Effectively maintain POS/CRM system protocols
Qualifications & Skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers’ needs
  • Problem Solving Skills - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; work well in group problem solving situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to relate well to all people inside and outside the organization
  • Ability to build appropriate rapport with subordinates, peers, and clients.
  • Persistence and rapid follow-up on commitments
  • Keen sense to asks probing questions in order to fully understand customer needs
  • Punctual, self-motivated and proactive, with an eye for opportunities to improve processes and procedures
  • Prioritization and organization skills
Compensation: $31,200.00 - $200,000.00 per year
